MINNEAPOLIS - A Twin Cities family is relieved after a missing 75-year-old woman with Alzheimer's was found wandering St. Paul, lost but safe.

Erma Wilson was last seen at Elim Church, 685 13th Avenue Northeast. She is a resident of Brooklyn Park, and may have been trying to find her way back home to 7304 Unity Lane North.

Her daughter-in-law Janice Freeman led the effort to find Erma. She called KARE 11 just before 8:45 a.m. with the news that the State Patrol had found Erma wandering the streets of St. Paul. The patrol called Minneapolis Police, who contacted Freeman.

The family is in the process of reuniting with Erma Wilson. There is no official word on her condition.
