For the country's civili aviation administration? Not so much.
VietJet airlines was fined $962 for the performance, which was captured by dozens of cell phones en route from Ho Chi Minh City to a city on the Vietnamese coast.
In a letter to authorities, VietJet operators insist that all safety regulations were followed by the bikini-clad beauties.
