PRIOR LAKE, Minn. -- Police are investigating a possible assault of a woman in Prior Lake.
Authorities say the woman was found along the side of County Road 42 near Conroy Street. Investigators say the woman is hospitalized with serious injuries.
In a press release Sunday night, Prior Lake police say they don't believe the incident is random and say the public is not in any danger.
The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehenshion is on the scene helping local authorities investigate the incident.
