ROSEVILLE, Minn. - Residents of a Roseville apartment complex are regrouping after a hot burning fire chased them from their homes Thursday night.

First responders were called to the Terrace Park Apartments in Roseville, 1420 Terrace Drive, after a fire started on the balcony of a third floor apartment. Fire officials say they don't know if a grill started the fire.

All of the residents in the building were evacuated safely as the blaze was being put down. Four units suffered major damage, while others will be impacted by smoke and water. The whole building was deemed uninhabitable as all of the utilities were shut off.

It is likely some residents will be able to return to their homes Friday, but the Red Cross will assist a handful of others in finding food, clothing and shelter.
