FALCON HEIGHTS, Minn. - The last day of the fair comes with some chances to save money. A number of the vendors at the "Great Minnesota Get-Together" are offering last-minute bargains. A full list of bargains is availalbe at all information booths.
Cub Foods will be camped out in Carousel Park, with a number of events planned. Among them is the "Best Bagger Contest." People will compete for prizes trying to bag groceries quicker than University of Minnesota mascot Goldy. That's happening at 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 a.m.
KARE 11's Bryan Piatt spent Monday morning at the fair and even visited with a man who has camped out at the fair every day.
