OCEANA COUNTY, Mich. - A Minnesota man pulled from Michigan's Silver Lake over Labor Day Weekend has died.
KARE 11's sister station in Grand Rapids, MI, reports that Vikrant Kole of Woodbury, Minnesota died after being pulled from Silver Lake near the sand dunes in Golden Township on Sunday.
The 27-year-old Kole was under water for a little more than 30 minutes. Rescue crews were able to find a pulse on Kole and he was airlifted to Spectrum Health in Grand Rapids by AeroMed.
The Oceana County Sheriff's Office reports today that Kole died at Spectrum Health on Tuesday.
