ROCKFORD, Minn. - A planning commissioner for the city of Rockford stands charged with 10 felony counts relating to posession of pornography after a raid at his home Wednesday.
A criminal complaint filed in Wright County accuses 35-year-old Justin Hensley of possessing at least 10 videos containing juveniles as young as 5-years-old performing sex acts.
Wright County deputies assisted the FBI in a raid on Hensley's home Wednesday night. They found computers, hardrives and DVDs with child pornography on them. Hensley was arrested at his workplace in Plymouth and subsequently told investigators he had an adult pornography collection, but no images or pornographic videos of children.
Prosecutors say a forensic audit of Hensley's computers recovered at least 100 files containing pornographic images or videos, some of them of children.
If found guilty Justin Hensley faces five years in prison on each of 10 criminal counts.
