MINNEAPOLIS -- With only one week to go to the Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon,  this week's Run with KARE continues to share how running benefits many lives in our community.

Friday,  KARE 11 Sunrise Meterologist and avid runner Sven Sundgaard made the trek to Minneapolis where Bolder Options is teaching our youth to succeed in all of life's races.

The organization focuses on healthy youth development through a comprehensive mentoring program, wellness activities, and county resources in a united effort to support at-risk youth.

Together, Bolder Option works with Twin Cities In Motion, a non-profit organization that raises awareness for other community non-profits to promote mentee/mentor running events throughout the year.
