ST. PAUL, Minn. - They are widely considered the groundbreaker when it comes to craft beers in Minnesota, but St. Paul's Summit Brewing is breaking new ground.
The highly-regarded brewer is opening its new tap room, known as the Ratskeller, Friday at 3 p.m. Every Friday beer fans can come in and buy a pint of nearly every one of Summit's recipes between 3 and 8 p.m.
For the grand opening the Tap Room's will feature a half-barrel of Summit's prized Export Stout... and Barrio will be selling tacos on the patio.
Pints are priced at $4, a sampler flight is $7.
