KASSON, Minn. - A fixture of high school football in southern Minnesota was honored Friday night.
Kasson-Mantorville inducted Lyle Rasmussen into the school's hall of fame for service before the KoMets' game against Byron.
Rasmussen has worked on the sidelines as part of the chain gang for the past 41 years at Kasson-Mantorville.
Rasmussen watched all four of his sons play high school football while moving the down and distance markers during games.
