WAYZATA, Minn. -- A music superstar is making dreams come true for one Wayzata music fan.  Saturday night October 20 Jessica Hickman gets to meet Justin Bieber.

Jessica, who is 28, has Down's Syndrome and was diagnosed with breast cancer in August. 

Her brother Justin said it all came together through Facebook.

Someone who knew Jessica when she was younger worked with the team who produced Justin Bieber's documentary.  She found out about the quest and helped to make the right connections. 

Jessica's brother says they bought tickets for the show before the cancer diagnosis, but through the Facebook connection they were able to get the back stage passes at Bieber's show on October 20 in Minneapolis.
