MINNEAPOLIS - A dream came true for a die-hard Justin Bieber fan from Wayzata.
28-year-old Jessica Hickman got to meet the pop star before his concert at the Target Center last weekend.
Photos of their meeting are posted of her Facebook page.
KARE 11 recently shared Jessica's story. She has Down Syndrome, and this past August she was diagnosed with breast cancer.
According to her Facebook page, when Jessica met Bieber, he threw his hands up and said "What's up?" and gave her a hug.
