    • DULUTH, Minn. - There is a call out to help get dozens of cats in Duluth find new homes.

    Animal Allies Humane Society in the Duluth area is waiving adoption fees for cats six months and older. Their shelters in Duluth and Superior are at full capacity, and they need to make room for more than 60 cats that were recently removed from a hoarding situation.
