GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. - It's one of the most highly anticipated moments of the year... around the KARE 11 studios in Golden Valley, anyway (we don't get out much).
We are speaking of the big Halloween costume reveal on KARE 11 Sunrise. In past years Kim, Tim, Sven and Pete have joined together in a common motif, but this October it was more of a freestyle thing.
Kim went conceptual, Sven was brighter than the sun, Pete was all sauced up, and Tim... well, Tim was not impressed with anyone!
