MADISON, Wis. - Thousands are lined up ahead of Monday's rally in Madison with President Barack Obama and East Street rocker Bruce Springsteen.

The stage for the rally is set up a block south of the Capitol.

Air Force One landed at Dane County Regional Airport about 3 a.m. Monday in advance of the president's campaign appearance. Springsteen will pump up the crowd at the outdoor venue later Monday morning before the President comes out.

Obama moves on to Columbus, Ohio and Des Moines, Iowa.

Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney will also be in Columbus, Ohio Monday, along with Florida, Virginia and New Hampshire.

The candidates' schedules left little doubt where Tuesday's election will be won or lost. Obama was in Milwaukee on Saturday.
