MOUNDS VIEW, Minn. - A Ramsey County spokesperson says a water valve malfunction left most of Mounds View without water Sunday morning.
Randy Gustafson, the Public Information Officer for Ramsey County, says dispatch received approximately 460 calls about the water problem between 11:15 a.m. and 11:45 a.m. Sunday morning.
A valve malfunction at one of the city's water facilities caused a drop in pressure, according to Nick DeBar, Director of Public Works for Mounds View.
The problem lasted about an hour, and full water pressure was restored by noon.
