MINNEAPOLIS - Authorities have identified a 22-year-old man who was fatally shot in Minneapolis on Monday.
The Hennepin County Medical Examiner's Office says Chartez Wells Clark died of a gunshot wound to the chest at 1:44 a.m. on Monday. The shooting happened on West 32nd Street and Blaisdell Avenue South in Minneapolis.
The medical examiner's office has ruled the death a homicide. Minneapolis police are investigating.
Clark was from Brooklyn Park.
