Then and now. 30 plus years have treated the outside of our studios well...
Change can sometimes be a good thing, it all depends on what the focus is. I took this photo early Sunday morning as the sun was coming up. I took a copy of the original picture with me so I could park my newscar in the same area as it was parked in the 1970's photo. This is a great photo of when the station was first being built. Notice the Doppler Radar missing from the tower? Usually in cases like this, I would need to take several photos at different perspectives to get it right. When I was out getting ready to shoot, I snapped one picture. The comparison between old and new seemed close enough. It's nice to think that driving down General Mills Blvd in the early days or today, some things never change, much.
