Cold nights are on the way...
In the past couple of weeks the metro area has experienced some highs and lows in the weather department. To start off the 2010 Minnesota State Fair, we had temps reaching the 90 degree mark; nothing out of the ordinary. But what followed as the fair lights went to black is a reminder from Mother Nature that she's in control of our seasons' change.
I took this photo Monday night from the footbridge that crosses 35W just south of downtown. It's a hotspot for long exposure shooting. I love how the lights from Minneapolis reflect off the sky. Wind gusts reached the 20mph range, a breezy reminder that big changes are on the way.
