If you have Comcast, you may have had trouble trying to binge on Netflix overnight.
Users across the country reported an internet and cable outage Tuesday morning. According to DownDetector.com, the outage started at around 1 a.m. and lasted until 5 a.m.
Local Comcast customers were reporting outages as late as 5:30 a.m.
Comcast confirmed the outage on their Twitter account, saying some users were having trouble with their XFINITY TV service.

“We apologize and appreciate your patience while we work to fix,” the tweet read.
In a statement Comcast said:
Early this morning, our engineers detected a hardware issue that impacted voice, video and Internet services for a subset of customers across the country for several hours. During this time, customers also may have had difficulty reaching us by phone. Our engineers quickly identified and resolved the issue, and services are returning to normal. We appreciate our customers’ patience as we worked to fix this and are sorry that we inconvenienced them.
