MOA stabbing injures 2

BLOOMINGTON, Minn. - Police in Bloomington have arrested one man following a fight and stabbing at the Mall of America on Sunday.

Police say the incident began around 5:30 p.m. on the mall's eastside, third level. Police say a group of people began fighting and, as a result, two men were stabbed.

One man was taken to Hennepin County Medical Center for treatment. The other man was taken to Fairview Southdale. Both suffered non-life threatening injuries.

A 33-year-old man from Richfield was arrested on scene and charges are pending.

The Bloomington Police Department and Hennepin County Crime Lab continue to investigate the stabbing.
