BLOOMINGTON, Minn. - The investigation into the robbery and attack on former Minneapolis mayoral candidate Mark Andrew is expected to lead to multiple arrests.

Bloomington police said that Andrew was at the Starbucks in Mall of America on Thursday night when a man stole his iPhone.

Cutler-Cain faces two counts of aggravated robbery in the first-degree and one count of assault in the second-degree. The 17-year-old has been booked on the same charges at the Hennepin county Juvenile Detention Facility. Formal charges are expected next week.
