Fleetwood Mac tour to include stop at Xcel

SAINT PAUL, Minn. - They are a huge part of the soundtrack of the 70s, a crew that represented both the excellence and excess of the West Coast music scene.

On the 35th anniversary of the release of "Rumours" Fleetwood Mac is returning to the road, and including a stop at St. Paul's Xcel Energy Center.

The "Fleetwood Mac Live 2013" arena tour will come to the 'X' on Sunday, April 28 at 8 p.m. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 17 at the Xcel Energy Center Box Office, Ticketmaster Ticket Centers, charge by phone at 800-745-3000 or online at www.ticketmaster.com.

American Express card members can get advance tickets for all tour dates and Live Nation mobile app users will have access to pre-sale tickets beginning Thursday, December 13 at 10 a.m.

Multi Grammy-winning and Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees, Fleetwood Mac last toured in 2009 with the sold out "Unleashed" tour. The new tour also marks the 35th anniversary of the release of their classic "Rumours" album (1977), one of the most successful albums in recorded history with sales exceeding 40 million copies. "Rumours" planted itself at the top of the pop charts for over 31 weeks and had four top ten singles.

This will be Fleetwood Mac's fourth visit to Xcel Energy Center. Previous performances were on June 19 and 20, 2003 and March 3, 2009.
