A healthy meal fuels student's bodies and minds for the rest of the school day, and after-school activities.
Kids consume up to half of their daily caloric intake at school, so schools are looking for new solutions that meet the proposed USDA School Meal Rules.
KARE 11 Sunrise spoke with registered dieticians to get some input on what makes a great lunch.
