Resolving to reduce stress in 2012

GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. - Did you make some New Year's Resolutions for 2012? Was reducing stress one of your goals?

New Year's resolutions are usually abandoned just a week or two into the New Year because the goals are too big and

too undefined to make them a reality over the long term.

Kristen Brown, author of "Beat The Blues: A New Approach to Seasonal Affective Disorder, Winter Depression and Stress" joined KARE 11 News @4 to help define some steps you can take right now to meet those goals.

She also talked about her Stress Less Now seminars.
