The impact of sleep on driving

GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. - The truck driver charged in the New Jersey crash that killed comedian James McNair and seriously injured comedian Tracy Morgan is expected in court Wednesday.

Walmart trucker Kevin Roper is charged with vehicular homicide and assault by auto in Saturday's crash. According to the criminal complaint, Roper had not slept for more than 24 hours before the accident.

The crash is bringing attention to how sleep deprivation can impact driving skills.
