COTTAGE GROVE, Minn. - The city of Cottage Grove is the entertainment hot bed of the Twin Cities this weekend.
Sheryl Crow and Take 6 will perform a free concert Saturday night as the Canadian Pacific Holiday Train rolls into town.
The concert will benefit the Friends In Need Food Shelf, so people are asked to bring non-perishable food items.
Cottage Grove Mayor Myron Bailey says they are expecting anywhere between 20,000 and 30,000 people at the concert. Because of the large crowd, concert-goers will be required to take a shuttle to the Cottage Grove CP Yard, where the concert is being held. Click here for shuttle details.
The concert venue, which is being called the "North Pole Station", will open at 4 p.m. Saturday. Music is scheduled to begin at 5 p.m. More info here.
