Motivation Monday: At-home fitness for under $25

In this week's Motivation Monday, Chris Freytag tells us about four different at-home fitness tools for under $25.

You don't have to break the bank to get in shape. There are plenty of at-home fitness tools to help you get your heart pumping and build muscle in your own home, on your own time and still have spending cash. Over the decades, I have seen it all.

The fitness equipment that I classify as:

- Worthwhile

- Worthless

- Has potential

I want to share with you some of the products that give you REAL results if you REALLY use them. They are quality, easy to use, and even easy to take on the road.

So check out my top favorites under $25:

Ultra-Toner resistance band -$10.95  

Using rubber resistance bands like the ultra toner, you can perform lots of functional resistance exercises that can pump up a stale routine and make it more exciting and results oriented for your clients.

The "figure 8" shaped band can help to increase muscle strength and range of motion. I especially like the way it works on muscle endurance, a muscles ability to perform continued repetitions of the same movement. Xertubes - long resistance bands- $9.95

With a resistance band, you can mimic many everyday activities with this band like rowing, pumping, side stepping, by continuing the repetitions to fatigue.  You also get the heart rate up and burn up the calories.

Bands are also much more portable than other exercise equipment. You can take stash them in your suitcase when traveling or even use them in your office. Door Attachment -$3.95

Turn your door into a home gym! Thread your resistance band through the loop and you are ready to go.

This is an excellent chest, back and shoulder training tool for at-home or on-the-go workouts. 

Gliding Discs - $16.95

These paper plate-like discs allow for the graceful gliding movement. With every in and out movement the muscles of your inner thighs, outer thighs, buns and abs are engaged.

These are fun and easy to use at home. Instruction sheet included with each set (SOLD ONLY IN PAIRS).
