Police investigate shooting death in Minneapolis

MINNEAPOLIS - Minneapolis police responded to a 911 call about 10:35 p.m. Tuesday night. The caller reported a car had run into several parked cars at the intersection of 26th Avenue North and Knox Avenue North.

When police arrived they found a male driver who had been shot. Paramedics from North Memorial Health Hospital responded and declared the victim deceased.

The name of the victim has not been released.
