MINNEAPOLIS -- Adrian Peterson and his legal team could be nearing a plea agreement, according to a report by ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Schefter says the deal in the running back's felony child abuse case could happen as soon as Tuesday.
Peterson is charged with injury to a child for using a wooden switch to discipline his 4-year-old son.
KARE will have a crew in Texas for Peterson's scheduled court appearance. He will attend a hearing to revoke his bond because he allegedly admitted to smoking marijuana while out on bond..
