HIBBING, Minn. - The Minnesota Department of Human Rights has found probably cause that discrimination has occurred in the Hibbing School District.

Department commissioner Kevin Lindsey tells WDIO-TV on Thursday that an investigation into the district has finished after more than 60 interviews. The department hasn't made public who or what was under investigation.
