GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. - It's time to Spring into Shape and get your body ready for the beach and one of the most important ways to firm up is in your legs.
Fitness guru Chris Freytag has some tips to help you tone and tighten your trouble spots before the big trip or before wearing that first pair of shorts since September.
1. Wall Sits: Put your back against a wall and sink down into a position that replicates sitting in a chair.
2. Bridge lifts: start by bridging up with the hips. Keep your arms strong, your shoulders back.
3. Hamstring roll-ins: works your core and strengthens your hamstrings and glutes.
