GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. - We're well into March, and those January resolutions might be gathering some dust by now.
If you find you're not quite where you want to be, this could be the time to catch a little spring fever, maybe shake up your routine and possibly even take it outside.
Fitness expert Chris Freytag has some tips in this morning's Motivation Monday on how to dust off your spring workout routine and get back in shape.
- Getting outside makes a difference - Start venturing out now - walk the dog - walk in the morning or evening - more daylight.
- Adding some strength training ...especially women who complain about their legs and arms ... best cure for loose skin - strength!!
- Try something new - sign up for a class or check out a new piece of equipment.
