All you need is your body weight and a pair of Gliding Discs: A great way to shape up with low impact moves.
Using a gliding motion, your feet never leave the floor but you can work your lower and upper body and get your heart rate up too.

Fitness expert, Chris Freytag, brought some discs to KARE 11 Sunrise to show us how it's done.
You can buy the discs for around $15 a pair-choose either the hardwood or carpet version. Or a DIY option Chris uses, would be paper plates or towels on a hard surface (not carpet).
