Deputies with the Hennepin County Sheriff?s Office pulled the body of a man from Lake Calhoun around 1:45 Wednesday afternoon.
The man?s body was spotted floating in the water by a person eating lunch at the Pavilion. That person called 911 about the same time a person operating the milfoil harvester on the lake arrived on shore to also call for help. He too had seen the body in the water.
The Hennepin County Medical Examiner is trying to determine the man?s identity and cause of death.
It?s not known how long the man?s body had been in the lake.
