A Polk County , Wisconsin man has been charged with first degree intentional murder in the death of his neighbor Jason Madsen.
According to the criminal complaint, Timonthy Lehman, 33, killed his neighbor after losing a large sum of money in a dice game.
Madsen was found dead Saturday.
The sheriff's department says a woman called to report that her boyfriend was missing. When officers arrived at a former residence of the missing man they found blood in the yard, An investigation then led to a wooded area about five miles east of Luck, near Bone Lake, where Madsen was found dead.
Lehman was questioned and then taken into custody.
He was killed by blunt force trauma.
