The father and son who shocked each other with a Taser gun and posted it on YouTube are charged with illegally possessing an electric weapon.
Police say 22-year-old Paul Crowell of North Prairie took the Taser gun while he sat in an East Troy police squad after his car went into a ditch in Walworth County on New Year's Day.
Court records say the YouTube video showed Crowell and his father, 41-year-old Paul Dupey, taking turned shocking each other.
After East Troy police discovered the Taser was missing, they spotted the video on YouTube within one or two days.
