Police in Burnsville are trying to figure out what led to a man's death in a parking lot Saturday morning.
Around 2am, officers were called to the Event Center in the 1900 block of E. Highway 13 on a person down. When officers arrived at the scene, they found a 22-year-old man laying in the parking lot unresponsive and not breathing.
The man was taken to HCMC in Minneapolis where he later died. His name has not been released.
Investigators say the man suffered severe head injuries and they're trying to piece together what led up to his death.
