A marathon runner from Roseville is being hailed a hero.
On Tuesday, 30-year-old Mark Laliberte ran down a suspected thief at St. Joseph's hospital in St. Paul.
Laliberte spotted two men who appeared to be stealing cash from an unattended coffee shop register.
Laliberte grabbed one of them, and that's when things got interesting.
Liliberte told Kare 11 he "managed to horse collar the suspect and put him in a big bear hug." He then started to yell for help.
Police arrested the robbery suspect and the owner of the coffee shope got back her $350 dollars from her register.
She wants to put Liliberte's picture up at the shop titled, "Our Hero."
