A rare look inside: The 35W bridge like you've never seen it before

The 35W bridge is getting closer to completion every day and Sunday afternoon we got a rare look inside the project.

Contractors took our KARE 11 cameras and Senator Amy Klobuchar on a tour.

Both sides of the bridge have been connected for nearly a month.

It's expected to open months ahead of schedule, sometime in mid-September or October.
