St. Paul street honored as 'Great Street' in America

A historic St. Paul street is being honored as one of the best in the country. The American Planning Association (APA) has designated Summit Avenue as one of the 10 Great Streets for 2008.

The list is part of the APA's "Great Places in America" program.

Summit Avenue was chosen for its breathtaking vistas, park-like qualities and unique character.
