SAINT PAUL -- Police have found the parents of a two-year-old boy, found wandering alone in an apartment complex Tuesday afternoon.
Authorities say the boy's father took the child over to his sister-in-law's apartment. She wasn't feeling well, so her 13-year-old son said he would watch the child.
Police say the teen lost the child.
Officers were called to an apartment building on the 100 block of Charles Avenue in Saint Paul, where the boy was wandering the halls of the apartment.
Police say the boy will stay in foster care overnight.
