A Wisconsin man convicted of injuring his former fiancee's 2 year old daughter will get $19,000 from the 35W bridge collapse victims fund.

Michael Stoner was driving to see the little girl he was charged with hurting, when the bridge went down.

He was sentenced to more than 7 years in prison for the crime.

A prison spokesman says part of Stoner's sentence is that he turn over any money from the bridge fund to the state for fines and restitution.

The girl's mother, Crystal Manning, was with Stoner on the bridge but was not charged in her daughter's injuries.

Manning will get $488,000.
