The Minnesota Twins and Anheuser-Busch announced plans for building the Budweiser Roof Deck at the Target Field.
It will have 150 bleacher seats and it will be located on the northwest corner of the ballpark.
A roof canopy will protect a portion of the seating and bar areas, while a large fire pit will provide warmth on cool spring and fall evenings.
"Designed to be the ultimate Minnesota outdoor experience, the Budweiser Roof Deck is certain to become one of the signature destinations at Target Field," said Dave St. Peter, Twins president. "We are truly excited about this opportunity to work with our longstanding partner Anheuser-Busch in creating one of the most dynamic fan venues in all of Major League Baseball."
The Budweiser Roof Deck will accommodate up to 300 people between bleacher seats, bar and balcony areas.
Bleacher seats and standing-room-only tickets will be sold on both a single-game and group basis.
"We hope the Budweiser Roof Deck will offer adult Twins fans a unique perspective to watch the games and enjoy the new ballpark," said Dan McHugh, vice president, Media, Sponsorship and Activation, Anheuser-Busch.
