Of the thousands of babies delivered at Abbott Northwestern hospital, none will be quite like the delivery for momslikeme soon to be mommy Lynsee.
While just about everything during the hospital stay is expected to be relatively routine--from the birthing room to the beds for mom and baby--Lynsee's delivery will have a huge 2009 twist.
"I feel like I have a bowling ball in my stomach, it's just all right here," Lynsee said. "It's just so heavy."
When the day for delivery arrives Lynsee invited cameras along to stream it all online.
To prepare her for the big day she took a tour of the hospital and learned about what she can expect, but as every mother before her knows---nothing is certain during labor.
"She doesn't know how her labor will unfold, she doesn't know what surprises will be there along the way she doesn't know how rested she'll be going into labor, she doesn't know the amount of time she will go into labor so those are all variables," said Diamond Women Center's Deb Stealey, Lynsee's midwife.
Stealey has been by her side for the past several months, she will be there for her in the coming days, right up through to the day of delivery.
"I don't think Lynsee will know what she needs until she's in the throws of labor," said Stealey.
If her labor is anything like her pregnancy, what Lynsee does know is so far, so easy.
"I've been saying the whole pregnancy has been so easy for me, I've been very blessed and I've had a very easy pregnancy," said Lynsee.
