Woodbury police seek busy credit card skimmer

The Woodbury Public Safety Department and Crime Stoppers of Minnesota are seeking assistance in identifying a suspect in several recent credit card frauds.

The suspect is utilizing credit card numbers from victims whose credit cards are in their possession. It is suspected the male may be "skimming" - or stealing - credit card numbers and then manufacturing new credit cards. The man has also committed crimes in Wright County, Forest Lake, west Hennepin County, Lino Lakes, Chaska, and Plymouth.

The suspect may be driving a 1998-2004 Chrysler Concorde or LHS, light taupe in color, with a sunroof.

Crime Stoppers of Minnesota will pay up to $1,000 for tips submitted to Crime Stoppers that lead to an arrest.
