Hennepin Co. Atty: No charges in stabbing of Mpls. teen

MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. -- No charges will be filed against a man who stabbed a teenager to death earlier this month in Minneapolis.

The Hennepin County Attorney says the man acted in reasonable self defense.

Timothy Jackson, 17, died in the early morning hours of November 7.

Investigators say Jackson and another teenager tried to rob the man on the Midtown Greenway. The man stabbed Jackson

Robbery charges were filed last week against the teenager who was with Jackson.
