Ramsey County prosecutors charged Eric Orloske on Monday with unintentional second-degree murder. The criminal complaint says he shot his brother, 40-year-old Brian Orloske, of Houlton, Wis., in the head on Saturday night. The complaint says the pair had been drinking and wrestling before the shooting, and several items in the home were broken.

The complaint says that when police arrived, Eric Orloske appeared to be holding a rag over his brother's head and said "Kill me too, kill me too." Police tried to interview him, but he requested a lawyer and the interview ended.

Orloske is in custody Monday and unavailable for comment. It was not immediately clear if he had an attorney.
