GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn.-- Jamie Malone from Sea Change and Josh Nelson joined us today to talk about the Fish Bites event. To celebrate October as National Seafood Month, the Minnesota Zoo is hosting the fifth annual "Fish Bites" event on Thursday, Oct. 13 at 6:30 p.m. At the event, top Twin Cities chefs will prepare sustainable seafood and freshwater dishes, while Lakeville Liquors pairs sustainable wines with each dish.
