GOLDEN VALLEY, Minn. - When it comes to brewing beer, the co-founder of Mankato Brewery can point to his great-great-great-grandfather who started the first brewery in New Prague, Minnesota, back in 1884.
Tim Tupy is proud to be part of the brewing tradition and co-founded Mankato Brewery, along with Tony Feuchtenberger, in 2010.
Mankato Brewery - this week's kare11.com Microbrewery of the Week - focused on creating authentic beers that reflects the heritage of the region it's named after and its people.
Tupy and Feuchtenberger joined KARE 11 News @ 4 with a few samples.
